Rafael Zacharias, Founder & CEO
Rafael has extensive experience in corporate strategy and operational transformation. Before founding Mobili Capital, he held leadership roles at IBM Brazil and HSBC Bank, where he developed initiatives focused on process optimization, innovation, and corporate efficiency.
Under his leadership, Mobili Capital has consolidated expertise in managing and scaling companies through technology-driven strategies and performance-oriented management practices. He was recognized by IBM with the Innovation That Matters Award, underscoring Mobili Capital’s commitment to applied innovation and measurable results.
Cezar Taurion, Strategic Chief officer
Cezar is one of Latin America’s leading experts in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation. He has served as Chief Evangelist at IBM and Head of IT Strategy at PwC, and is also a published author on Big Data, emerging technologies, and innovation strategy. His work continues to shape how organizations adopt and govern digital transformation.
Suelen Alice da Silva, Research & Insights Director
Suelen brings over 15 years of experience in research, corporate governance, and investment analysis, with prior roles at IBM Brazil, Banco do Brasil, Insper, and Ambipar Group. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Strategy and has published in MIT Sloan Review Brasil. Her academic research, presented at the Academy of International Business (AIB) in 2012 and later published by the Brazilian Administration Review (BAR), reflects her expertise in strategic differentiation and international business — bridging analytical insight with practical investment decision-making.
