Tell us about MondouxRollins Partners Inc.
Founded in 2018, MondouxRollins Partners Inc. is a retained executive search firm and a proud member of the AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) working exclusively with private companies. Our clients are founder-led, family-run, private equity or venture capital-backed organizations.
As trusted search consultants, we’re honoured to help our private company clients find solutions to highly complex situations and to mitigate risk. We help our clients build high-performing teams and boards. Our core values lie in being focused on fit, process-oriented, results-oriented, relationship-builders, and trusted advisors, often undertaking the tough assignments when all other recruitment efforts have failed.
Additionally, the firm is an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, and Certified Everything DiSC Trainer, providing solutions and tools to help leadership teams build more effective working relationships together.
What is MondouxRollins Partners Inc.’s focus?
Our firm’s focus is on senior leadership roles for mid-market private companies across Canada. We understand how challenging and complex it is for private companies to recruit leadership talent — for their teams and for their boards. We often work with portfolio companies of Private Equity firms to help them find their senior leadership and ensure they are well-positioned for growth and able to meet the expectations of their investors.
MondouxRollins Partners Inc. functions across all industries and all senior leadership functions in private companies; we are industry and role agnostic. Our focus is on the type of clients that retain us — privately-held, mid-market companies.

What is MondouxRollins Partners Inc. excited about for the future?
MondouxRollins Partners Inc. recently announced the launch of Canada’s Best Private Boards (AKA The Boardies), a first-of-its-kind, national (annual) awards program that will recognize excellence in Canadian private company boards. Winners will be recognized in the following categories: Best Fiduciary Board — Other (unrelated shareholders ownership — PE, VC, Angel Investors, etc.); Best Fiduciary Board — Family-Owned; Best Fiduciary Board — Employee-Owned; and, Best Advisory Board.
“Board governance, in this country, has been overwhelmingly focused on publicly traded companies, crown corporations or not-for-profit associations. In 2024, we’re changing that,” said Jennifer Mondoux. “Privately held SMEs drive the Canadian economy, and boards – both fiduciary and advisory – are increasingly becoming the strategic engines of those organizations. Great governance drives performance and it’s time to recognize that excellence,” said Jennifer.
Canada’s Best Private Boards will focus on mid-market, founder-led, family-run, employee-owned and/or PE and VC-backed organizations, that have developed, led and fine-tuned their boards to help drive the success of their organizations. Winners will be celebrated on November 6th, 2024, in Toronto, at our Canada’s Best Private Boards Summit and Awards.
