What does MUFG Investor Services focus on?
For more than a decade, MUFG Investor Services has embraced a client-centric service model that emphasizes providing best-in-class products and technology to streamline workflows and process data. MUFG Investor Services provides dynamic, tailored processes and superior solutions to address back‑, middle‑, and front-office needs and help clients unlock exceptional value, increase revenue and drive growth.
The firm is committed to offering the best possible client experience, and has established a range of global offices and operations centers as critical elements of the “near-shoring” location strategy. These offices and operational centers enable the firm to serve clients where they do business.

Who are the key people at MUFG Investor Services?
John Sergides, Chief Executive Officer, has been a leader in the financial services industry for more than two decades, focusing on investor services and asset management.

He has significantly expanded the MUFG Investor Services offerings to beyond traditional fund management and asset servicing to include business process outsourcing, escrow services, fund financing, foreign exchange overlay, Limited Partner servicing, private debt solutions, securities lending, subscription lines of credit, ESG solutions and business consulting.

What is MUFG Investor Services excited about?
The global alternatives marketplace is undergoing a rapid, unprecedented transformation. The influx of high-net-worth and mass-affluent retail investors, as well as trillions of dollars in unspent alternatives capital waiting to be invested, present significant opportunities for the industry’s future but also will require fund managers to streamline their business models. Increasingly, fund managers want service providers who will serve as “trusted partners” that can offer comprehensive products and services to address their needs. MUFG Investor Services is committed to helping fund managers capture those new opportunities by improving back‑, middle‑, and front-office functions, reengineering operating models, automating technology, and introducing new platforms to assist client onboarding and reporting.
