#IC20 Speaker Spotlight: Bruce Flatt, CEO, Brookfield Asset Management
Invest Canada ’20 ONLINE is pleased to welcome featured speaker Bruce Flatt, CEO of Brookfield Asset Management, a leading global alternative asset manager with over USD $540 billion in assets under management. This featured fireside chat will kick off the first day of #IC20 ONLINE featuring Globe and Mail columnist, Andrew Willis.
Mr. Flatt joined Brookfield in 1990 and was named CEO in 2002 and under his leadership, Brookfield has developed a global operating presence in more than 30 countries. Prior to his current role, Mr. Flatt ran Brookfield’s real estate and investment operations and has served on numerous public company boards over the past two decades.

Mr. Andrew Willis will be moderating the discussion on June 15. Mr. Willis has been in business communications and journalism for three decades. From 2010 to 2016, he was senior vice president of communications for Brookfield Asset Management. Andrew’s career in journalism included stints at a number of publications, including writing the Streetwise column at the Globe and Mail from 1995 to 2010.
